Assessment Report

Based on the Assessment or Survey Instance, this report displays the users who completed the assessment, date completed, answers, score for each user and aggregate.

Access to this option is only available if you have been granted the following sub User Permission of the Manage Reports User Permission: Execute Assessment. See Report Builder User Permissions for instructions on granting or denying this permission.

On the ControlPanel:

1. Click   on the Reports menu to expand it.
2. Click Report Builder.
3. Click next to Assessments/Surveys to expand the list.
4. Click Assessment.
5. Select one of the following from the Assessment Type drop-down list:

• Assessment
• Survey/Evaluation
• Appraisal
• User Assessment

6. Select an Instance.
7. Select the users you want to include in the report.
8. Indicate whether you want LearnCenter to notify you when the report has finished running.

   1. Click the Notify Me when the report has completed check box if you want LearnCenter to notify you via email that your report is available for viewing, and attach a copy of your report to the email message. If you select this option, additional fields display.
      or
      Clear the check box if you do not want LearnCenter to notify you via email that your report is available for viewing. If you select this option, the Do not attach the results check box and the Please select format of resultsdrop-down list do not display.
   2. Click the Do not attach the results check box if you want LearnCenter to notify you via email that the report is available for viewing without attaching the report results.
      or
      Clear the check box if you want the email notification and the attachment sent to your inbox.
   3. Select one of the following formats from the Please select format of results drop-down list:

   • Microsoft® Excel
   • CSV
   • Tab- delimited text files
   • XML

   The Please select format of results drop-down list only displays if you clicked the Do not attach the results check box. You can still view the report results in the Report Manager. The XML format contains large amounts of data and may exceed the 5 Mb file size restriction.

   4. Select the number of results you want to appear per page from the Display Records Per Page drop-down list.
9. Click Build Report.

Possible fields for Appraisals include the columns in the following table. Remember that the fields that display on your actual report and the order in which they display are selected by you when you build the report.
